    I need to ask questions related to my professional license and when I click in the link I get an error notice that says my e-mail address cannot be found. I am on sbcglobal,net and I'm trying to send via microsoft Hot mail. I have signed up with hot mail and do get MSN infor over it.

    Ø  Was it working fine before?

    Ø  What is the exact error message that you are getting?

    Ø  Are you using any email clients to send/receive emails?

     

    If you are using Internet Explorer to send/receive emails, let us try resetting the Internet Explorer which might help us in resolving the issue.

     

    To have us reset Internet Explorer for you, go to the “Fix it for me” section and click on “Fix it” button.

    When you reset Internet Explorer settings, all add-ons and customizations are deleted, and you basically start with a fresh version of Internet Explorer.

    Disclaimer: Resetting Internet Explorer's settings is not reversible. After a reset, all previous settings are lost and cannot be recovered.

     

    Check if the issue is resolved.

     

    If that does not work, I would recommend checking Windows live specific resources:
