Ø Are you using any email clients to send/receive emails?
If you are using Internet Explorer to send/receive emails, let us try resetting the Internet Explorer which might help us in resolving the issue.
To have us reset Internet Explorer for you, go to the “Fix it for me” section and click on “Fix it” button.

When you reset Internet Explorer settings, all add-ons and customizations are deleted, and you basically start with a fresh version of Internet Explorer.
Disclaimer: Resetting Internet Explorer's settings is not reversible. After a reset, all previous settings are lost and cannot be recovered.
Check if the issue is resolved.
