There's nothing for users of Windows Live Mail or Windows Live Messenger in the Windows Live section.
There is apparently another support site for Windows Live but that appears to only cover Windows Live Hotmail and the web version of messenger.

Where do I post my question about WLMessenger inbox link taking me online instead of opening WLMail?

It's almost a month since Manny S [MSFT] advised the enquirer in this thread to visit the Windows Live Messenger forum. Whenever I click on the link he gave, I am told that I'm not authorized to perform this action. What do I have to do to become authorized to view the page?

To be honest, your links are useless. The first is to an online FAQ that does not reference my problem at all and I posted my query to the forums at the second link, to be told to go to the first.
