1) Locate the correct venue for your query
2) Answer all followup questions for specific details.
3) Indicate when something helped, and never assume you are being understood
4) Accept the fact that the 'answer' is sometimes not the 'solution'
5) Give credit to the post that helped you
6) Remember that your 'user agreement' is binding.
7) Understand that if 7 is not what you want, you should try something else.
8) MS does not create drivers, the device maker does that.
