Windows Media Center
- I have some installed wndows media center and now the documents I have saved on a thumb drive now open with the windows media center how do I get past it?

* Is the file opening with Windows Media player or Media center ?
It might be possible that the file association to open the file has been changed.
Please follow the steps in order to view the document in your preffered choice.
1. Highlight the file
2. Right click
3. Select Open With
4. Either select a program from the list, or highlight Choose Default Program
5. Select a program from the list or Browse and manually select a program
6. Choose the program which will open the document eg : Word or Notepad.
7. Check the check box which says " Always use the program to open this kind of file.
